Learn critical self defense
We study gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), grip fighting, throwing, sports grappling, and ground fighting.
We approach BJJ training so that all members learn critical self-defense techniques to escape harmful situations. Our training includes standing self-defense, with strong throwing take downs, and BJJ onto the mat, where we fight for dominant control positions to submit our opponent.
